Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. All prices are in USD.

Custom helmets require additional production time (typically 3-5 weeks) before shipping. You will receive a production timeline confirmation after ordering.

Total Delivery Estimate: 8-13 business days with standard shipping
Custom Helmets
Production Time: 3-5 weeks
Processing Time: 1-3 business days after production
Total Delivery Estimate: 4-7 weeks from order date
Department Orders
Production Time: 4-8 weeks (depending on quantity)
Bulk Discount: Available for orders of 10+ helmets

Shipping Terms & Conditions
- All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we work with reliable carriers.
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Legacy Fire Helmets is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
- For custom orders, please verify all design details before production begins as changes cannot be made once production has started.
- All helmets are insured during transit. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
- Standard, non-custom helmets may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
- Custom helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
- All returns must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team first.
- Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost, including return shipping.
